Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product from this shop, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

General

❀ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to legally purchase and own these products.

❀ Deerly Beloved, Sinfully Beloved, and all associated merchandise are unofficial products created by fans. None of the creators or moderators involved with the creation and production of this zine have any affiliation with Vivziepop, Amazon, or their merchandising affiliates.

❀ Your purchase is for personal use only. You will not attempt to reprint, redistribute, or sell any of the products in this shop for commercial gain or to extend circulation of the zine.

❀ All updates and announcements regarding the zine, its production, and its shipping will be posted on our social media accounts. The Deerly Beloved moderator team and its contributors are not responsible for missed deadlines or expired tracking numbers.

 

Purchases and Shipping

❀ All products in this shop are pre-order items only. All zines and accompanying merchandise must first be produced and shipped to our Shipping Mod before they can be shipped out to buyers. This is a process that is scheduled to take place throughout the rest of 2025. 

❀ All orders will be shipped from the United States. Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the buyer, emergencies, inclement weather, or other unforeseeable events.

❀ Any and all shipping delays will be announced through the Deerly Beloved social media accounts. 

❀ A vast majority of orders will include tracking. It is strongly recommended that buyers watch their tracking numbers for any issues regarding delivery or customs.

❀ The buyer is the sole party responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or additional taxes that may apply to their order. Our shop does not pre-charge VAT at checkout.

❀ The Deerly Beloved team is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or delays due to customs.

❀ Digital items will be sent once all physical orders have been shipped. Printing permissions for both zines will be locked to prevent printing. All digital products will be sent from the email [email protected]. 

❀ If any issues are encountered when downloading any of the digital products, please notify the Deerly Beloved team immediately. We will do what we can to assist you.

❀ If contacting the Deerly Beloved team regarding issues with your order, please also provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email.

 

Refunds and Replacements

❀ Upon purchasing this zine, you are agreeing and understanding this is a pre-order. Production and shipping will take several months. We will not be accepting order modifications, cancellations, or refunds after the pre-order period closes. Please ensure you contact us before pre-orders end if you need to make ANY changes to your order. We will do our best to help you.

❀ Depending on the circumstance, replacement products may not be guaranteed. We order a supply with some contingencies according to sales made during the pre-order period. If the contingencies run out, we can offer a partial refund on your purchase.

❀ If a particular product arrives damaged, the Deerly Beloved mod team will assess on a case-by-case basis if a replacement is to be sent out. If a replacement is approved, the damaged product must be received by the Shipping Mod before a replacement can be sent out. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees, taxes, or customs fees incurred.

❀ Refunds will be offered for the following:

  • Orders that were lost or returned due to a mistake from the Deerly Beloved mod team (such as an incorrect address on the label different from the one listed on the order). 
  • Missing or incorrect merchandise item(s) due to a logistics error from the Deerly Beloved mod team. 

❀ Refunds will not be offered for the following:

  • Items damaged or stolen during transit due to mishandling of the shipping carrier. 
  • Buyer changes or enters the incorrect shipping address and neglects to inform the Deerly Beloved team by the Address Change Form Cut-Off Date.

 

Should any of the above terms and conditions be violated, the Deerly Beloved team reserves the right to cancel and/or refund the order at any point.
